WI Lottery Multi Language Responsible Gaming Posters

Background
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking bids for the production of Multi Language Responsible Gaming Posters. The goal of this contract is to promote responsible gaming through various printed materials in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Hmong.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products:

1. Responsible Gaming STRIP double-sided (English only):
- Quantity: 4,000 / 3,000 / 2,000 (only one quantity will be chosen)
- Size: 4 x 13 inches
- Ink: Full Color both sides with bleeds (4/4)
- Stock: 24pt C2S
- Finishing: Die Cut/rounded corners
- Packaging: Shrink wrap or bundle in packs of 50 pcs.

2. Responsible Gaming Play Center STRIP double-sided (English only):
- Quantity: 4,000 / 3,000 / 2,000 (only one quantity will be chosen)
- Size: 3-1/2 x 9 inches
- Ink: Full Color both sides with bleeds (4/4)
- Stock: 24pt C2S
- Finishing: Die Cut/rounded corners

All paper must have a minimum content of at least 10% post-consumer recovered materials.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the products is required on or before February 24, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to the DOR-WI Lottery Warehouse located at:
3001 Dairy Dr,
Madison, WI 53718.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all printing will be performed within their facility unless special finishing functions are approved for subcontracting. Bidders are required to submit a DOA-3832 Bidder Required Form and must comply with Wisconsin sales and use tax regulations.
