Description

This solicitation requests tenant improvement work for the Seattle Public Utilities offices located on floors 44 through 50 of the Seattle Municipal Tower. The scope of work encompasses approximately 140,874 square feet and includes demolition, structural reinforcement, construction of new walls, installation of doors, glazing and frames, built-in casework, ceiling modifications, revisions to sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems, as well as finish work.
