New Fire Station No. 2

Background
The City of Waynesboro is seeking bids to construct a new fire station along with related sitework. The project is generally described as the Contractor providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals per the project documents, plans, and contract to construct a new fire station along with related site work.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, travel, and materials and perform all Work for the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contract shall consist of various incorporated documents including the bid submitted by XXXXX on XXXX XX, 2024; the May 13, 2024 IFB and all addenda; the Hughes Associates Project Manual dated March 1, 2024 and all addenda; the Hughes Associates Plans/Drawings stamped March 1, 2024 and all addenda; the ECS Geotechnical Engineering Report dated April 8, 2024; the 100% payment and performance bonds for this project; the solicitation General Terms and Conditions; the solicitation Special Terms and Conditions; and the pending Notice to Proceed (NTP) for this project.
