Background
The Division of Purchasing is issuing a solicitation for janitorial services as part of their mission to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public facilities. This contract aims to ensure that all cleaning needs are met efficiently and effectively, utilizing the new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform for submissions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services, which include:

- Building cleaning services
- Window cleaning
- Interior plant landscaping services
- Air duct cleaning
- Floor waxing
- Carpet cleaning

Additionally, the contractor will supply janitorial equipment such as floor maintenance machines and waste containers, as well as cleaning supplies including rags and wipes.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set from the date of award until the completion of the required services, with specific timelines to be determined upon contract execution.

The services will be performed at various locations managed by the Division of Purchasing within Millcreek.
