JH26-36 Cultural Resources Surveys- Anadarko IV, McKenzie Creek Vegetation Management Treatments

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, in conjunction with the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contract aimed at conducting cultural resources assessments and intensive archaeological surveys.
The goal is to ensure compliance with cultural resource management standards while managing vegetation treatments in the Anadarko IV and McKenzie Creek areas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Conduct a full Area of Potential Effect (APE) cultural resources assessment.
2. Perform an intensive archaeological survey to identify and evaluate cultural resources within the specified project area.
The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable state and federal regulations regarding cultural resource management.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by April 9, 2027.
The vendor must guarantee pricing through the completion of the project.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in designated areas within the State of Utah, specifically focusing on the Anadarko IV and McKenzie Creek locations.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must certify that they have read and agree to all provisions in this solicitation document.
They are required to comply with Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 63G-6a and Administrative Code R33.
Vendors must also certify that they are not engaged in any economic boycotts or providing forced labor products as defined by Utah law.
