Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a meeting transcription and conversation intelligence platform that includes:
1. Meeting Transcription & Conversation Intelligence Platform;
2. Implementation of solutions;
3. Training and Support Services.
The solution must integrate with major meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and WebEx, while also complying with TX-RAMP certification requirements for cloud services. It should offer features like automatic audio capture from various meeting formats (virtual, in-person, hybrid), generate accurate time-stamped transcripts, identify speakers, and provide searchable notes and summaries.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be one year from the effective date of the contract, with three optional one-year renewal terms available.

Services will be performed at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas located at 4655 Mueller Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78723.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of experience providing enterprise-grade transcription and conversation intelligence solutions. They must comply with TX-RAMP certification requirements for any proposed cloud service. Additionally, vendors are required to submit responses through TRS’ Procurement and Vendor E-System (PAVES) and must not discuss the solicitation contents with anyone other than the designated TRS Procurement representative.
