Background

Work Details

All items quoted must be delivered on a FOB Destination basis, with all freight charges included in the item price. The City reserves the right to determine or equal status for any quoted items.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be performed from the date of award until all materials are delivered, with a bid due date of May 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the materials will be specified by the City of Austin, potentially at their Transportation Department located at 8900 Cameron Rd, Austin, TX 78753.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications including but not limited to non-discrimination policies as per Chapter 5-4 of the City Code. Additionally, bidders must not be debarred from contracting with local or federal governments and must provide evidence of insurance coverage as required by the City.
