Background
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of CPA, requests sealed responses for salt brine production systems. A major customer for this system is the Texas Department of Transportation.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of salt brine production systems. The contractor shall promptly disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest that arises during the contract term.

The terms 'include,' 'includes,' and 'including' are terms of inclusion and enlargement. Respondents must certify that they have examined and fully understand all provisions of the solicitation and are satisfied that they are accurate. Respondents are responsible for any expense related to the preparation and submission of their response. CPA is subject to the Public Information Act (PIA), Texas Government Code Chapter 552, as are many Customers.

Information submitted to CPA may be subject to release unless an exception to the PIA applies.
