- Services include Document Review of construction documents, Visual Condition Survey of ground floor slab and cracks on walls, Water Intrusion Testing for deficiencies, and preparation of bid/permit documents for necessary repairs.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award in October 2026 following the selection process which includes a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) phase leading to a Request For Proposals (RFP) phase. The anticipated timeline for completion will be determined post-award.

Renovations will take place at two locations: 2520 Flora Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 (Moody Performance Hall) and 2600 Live Oak Street, Dallas, Texas 75204 (Latino Cultural Center).
