ITB - Channel Improvements for Pillot Gully for the Harris County Flood Control District

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Henry County School District in Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia. Work Details
The vendor will provide secure document shredding services for Henry County Schools, including all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform the shredding as specified. The service includes various container sizes (Standard Console, Deskside Console, 65-Gallon, 95-Gallon) with different pick-up frequencies (every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks, every 12 weeks). The vendor must also handle annual document purges and special pickup requests as needed. Specific locations within the district are designated for service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon signing and will terminate at the close of each calendar year unless renewed or terminated with thirty (30) days advance notice prior to the end of any calendar year.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout Henry County Schools in McDonough and Stockbridge, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
The vendor must comply with immigration/E-Verify requirements if the total cost exceeds $2,499.99. Additionally, they must perform background checks on all employees who will have contact with students and adhere to non-discrimination practices as outlined by federal laws.
