Intellum Platform Software License Maintenance and Support

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for the Intellum Platform License, specifically for Active Users and User Integration Annual Service. This initiative falls under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code, which mandates that only bids conforming exactly to specified brand names, make, and model numbers will be considered for award. Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will have access to any contract awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:

1. Annual maintenance service for Intellum Platform Active Users and User Integration.
2. The contractor must ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in the IFB, including proposing only the specified brand names and models.
3. The contractor is responsible for conducting background checks on personnel assigned to perform services under the contract.
4. The contractor must provide 24-hour contact information for urgent performance issues.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will begin on September 1, 2024, and will expire on August 31, 2025. There is an option for extension up to one additional year subject to funding availability.
