Install Lighting At Bldg 969

Background
The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking a contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials for the installation of canopy lights and receptacles at Building 969 located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland Air Force Base (LAFB) in San Antonio, Texas.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting infrastructure at the specified location.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Perform a pre-work walk-through with TMD's Contract Manager to verify site conditions.
2. Install canopy lights and receptacles on existing canopies.
3. Provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, and incidentals required to complete the work.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations including OSHA standards.
5. Maintain a clean work area and dispose of debris according to federal, state, and local laws.
6. Specific installation requirements include:
- Installation of five (5) #10 THHN wires from an existing panel to a new junction box.
- Installation of three (3) canopy lights (model # PLT-11930).
- Trenching and conduit installation as specified for electrical connections.
- Coordination with TMD for site access and safety plans.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will commence upon the effective date stated in the notice of award and will expire one year from that date.

The work will be performed at 1453 Billy Mitchel Rd, Building 969, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland Air Force Base (LAFB), San Antonio, Texas 78236.
