Background
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking proposals for executive coaching services to empower leaders within the agency to drive positive changes in their departments. Work Details
The contractor will provide personalized executive coaching services tailored to TEA's senior leaders. Key responsibilities include:
1) Designing and delivering coaching programs that address specific needs, including conducting assessments and setting goals;
2) Providing expert coaching utilizing best practices;
3) Facilitating leadership development through regular sessions and workshops;
4) Measuring and reporting progress with established metrics;
5) Aligning coaching efforts with TEA's strategic objectives.
Deliverables include promotional materials, initial assessment reports, individual coaching plans, monthly progress reports, a mid-program review report, and a final program report.
Period of Performance
The contract term is for five state fiscal years commencing from contract execution or an agreed-upon start date. The anticipated start date of the contract is December 1, 2025.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at TEA locations across Texas as needed.
Bidder Requirements
Contractors must demonstrate at least two years of recent coaching experience in leadership development. While certification in executive coaching is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proposals must include a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) as subcontracting opportunities are expected, with a goal of 26% participation from minority-owned, woman-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.
