Architectural Services for TAMUT Campus Projects

Background
Texas A&M University-Texarkana (TAMUT) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms with an established history of expertise in providing Architectural Design Services on an as-needed basis. The purpose of this RFQ is to allow all interested firms to provide sufficient data that will enable TAMUT to assess the qualifications of the Respondent. The intent is to establish a master services agreement with one or more Respondents to meet the needs of the University.

Work Details
The selected firm(s) will provide Architectural Design Services for TAMUT on an as-needed basis, which includes but is not limited to:

1) Developing architectural designs and plans for various projects;
2) Providing consultation and advice on design-related issues;
3) Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
4) Collaborating with other contractors and stakeholders involved in construction projects managed by TAMUT.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the Agreement will extend for three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to two (2) one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, located in Texarkana, TX.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate significant experience in providing Architectural Design Services for institutions of higher education. There are no anticipated subcontracting opportunities; therefore, a VetHUB Subcontracting Plan is not required unless subcontractors are used.
