Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide a research database specifically designed for elementary students, covering the following details:
- Year 1 (2/10/2026 - 2/11/2027): Research Database, Unit Cost: Lump Sum, Estimated Annual Quantity: 1
- Year 2 (2/10/2027 - 2/11/2028): Research Database, Unit Cost: Lump Sum, Estimated Annual Quantity: 1
- Year 3 (2/10/2028 - 2/11/2029): Research Database, Unit Cost: Lump Sum, Estimated Annual Quantity: 1
- Year 4 (2/10/2029 - 2/11/2030): Research Database, Unit Cost: Lump Sum, Estimated Annual Quantity: 1
- Year 5 (2/10/2030 - 6/30/2031): Research Database, Unit Cost: Lump Sum, Estimated Annual Quantity: 1.

Offerors must provide unit prices for all item numbers listed in the cost spreadsheet and detail their proposed escalation/de-escalation process.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from February 10, 2026, to June 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools in Nashville, Tennessee.

Bidder Requirements
