Education Preparation Partnerships

Background
The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking proposals for a transformative project, Education Preparation Partnerships, aimed at revolutionizing educational access and outcomes. This contract is intended to facilitate the purchase of goods and/or services necessary for the successful implementation of this initiative.

Work Details
The contractor agrees to provide goods and/or services as requested by MNPS through Purchase Orders on an as-needed basis. The specific goods and/or services will be defined in the contract documentation and may include educational materials, training programs, or other resources necessary to support the goals of the Education Preparation Partnerships project.

The contractor must ensure that all deliveries are made F.O.B. Destination, Prepaid by Supplier, with inside delivery to specified sites during times defined by MNPS. If installation is required, it must be completed by the date specified in the Purchase Order.

Period of Performance
The contract term will begin on a date specified in the contract and may extend up to sixty (60) months with proper approvals. The exact duration will be determined based on the needs of MNPS and the performance of the contractor.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will primarily be within the Metropolitan Nashville area, specifically at various MNPS facilities as designated in individual Purchase Orders.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, certifications, and legal qualifications to perform under this contract. Additionally, contractors are required to maintain various types of insurance including General Liability Insurance ($1 million), Automobile Liability Insurance ($1 million), Professional Liability Insurance ($1 million), and others as specified in the contract.

Compliance with criminal background checks for employees who will have contact with students is mandatory.
