Background
York County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive software solution for the implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of a Parks and Recreation Management Software.
The Parks and Recreation Department is rapidly expanding with new parks being developed and aims to enhance customer service efficiency and improve internal operations.
The software solution should facilitate easy management, support growth, and be user-friendly for both staff and external customers.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a turnkey software solution that includes:
- Implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of the Parks and Recreation Management Software.
- Features must include user management systems, real-time access for public and staff, administrative access for report generation, customer self-service booking capabilities, customizable reporting tools, maintenance support, help desk functionality, and training plans.
- The software must integrate with the Parks and Recreation Department's website to enhance user experience.
- Specific functionalities include managing entrance fees, annual park passes, vendor applications, campsite reservations across multiple parks (e.g., Ebenezer Park, Allison Creek Park), tracking customer records, generating unique identifiers for reservations, accommodating mobile use, providing detailed maps of facilities, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for three years with two optional one-year renewals.
The initial contract will commence upon the issuance of a Purchase Order following approval by the York County Council.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in York County, South Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be licensed to do business in South Carolina and comply with all applicable laws.
They are required to have general liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and professional liability insurance covering claims related to professional negligence.
All insurance must cover the proposer and its employees as well as any subcontracted firms.
