Background
The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Emergency Standby Disaster Logistics services. This initiative aims to ensure preparedness and effective response during disasters, aligning with the Town's commitment to public safety and emergency management.

Work Details
The contractor will develop a comprehensive plan to provide resources and logistical support as directed by the Town Emergency Management. Services include:

1. Logistical Support
2. Emergency/Relief Workforce Housing and Sustenance
3. Preposition Contracting
4. Site Preparation for Temporary Housing
5. Equipment Transportation and Storage
6. Generator Packages for Critical Facilities
7. Portable Lighting
8. Emergency Pumps and Piping
9. Refrigeration Trucks
10. Fuel Supply for Operations
11. Satellite Communications
12. Portable Toilets
13. Forklifts
14. Water/Moisture/Mold Remediation Services
15. Modular Living Quarters and Facilities
16. Standard size Conex Style Storage Units
17. Community Points of Distribution Equipment and Logistics
18. Donations Management.

Emergency materials include bottled water, ice, tarps, and Meals Ready to Eat (MREs). The contractor must be capable of rapid deployment within 8 hours of notification.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for one (1) year with options for up to four (4) additional one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Town of Hilton Head Island.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess all necessary permits, licenses, certifications, insurance (minimum $1 million general liability), and approvals required to perform the work outlined in this solicitation. Additionally, bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on February 11, 2026, to be eligible for consideration.
