Hazleton Street Improvements - Phase 1

All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor for the tasks they will complete and for those assigned to subcontractors.

Bids must include a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, amounting to 10% of the total bid. A Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
