Background
The Commerce and Compliance Division is seeking a Technology Consultant for the Commercial Vehicle Registration (CVR) system. The goal of this contract is to enhance the agency's capabilities in managing commercial vehicle registrations effectively, ensuring compliance with state regulations and improving overall service delivery.

Work Details
The consultant will provide expertise in the following areas:
1. Assessing current CVR technology systems and identifying areas for improvement.
2. Developing strategies for the implementation of new technologies that enhance registration processes.
3. Providing training and support to agency staff on new systems and processes.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
5. Offering ongoing technical support and maintenance for implemented systems.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be performed over a period of 12 months, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the agency's headquarters located in Oregon, with potential travel to other locations as required for stakeholder engagement.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess all required licenses, insurance, and registrations necessary to operate in the State of Oregon. A Pay Equity Certificate is required if the firm employs 50 or more full-time workers and if the estimated contract value exceeds $500,000.
