PWC Jesse Owens State Park Pre Fab Shed with Porch

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the construction of a new pre-fabricated shed with an attached porch to be located at Jesse Owens State Park.
The project aims to enhance the facilities available at the park, aligning with the agency's mission to provide quality recreational opportunities and preserve natural resources.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a pre-fabricated shed with the following specifications:
- Minimum dimensions of 25' x 24'.
- An attached covered porch.
- A 36” exterior door equipped with a window and lock.
- At least five windows, each a minimum of 30” x 36”.
- A brown metal roof that matches existing structures in color.
- Treated flooring.
- Color selection will be made by the Park Manager to ensure compatibility with existing park structures.
- Delivery and setup on a #57 limestone foundation provided at the designated site.
- All equipment used on-site must be free of sediment and debris to prevent the introduction of invasive species; any timber matting used must be new, as previously used matting is not permitted.
- Bidders must submit examples or photos of two prior projects that are similar in scope.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue until completion of the project as specified in the contract documents.

Jesse Owens State Park, located at 100 Natural Resources Rd. 1, McConnelsville, Ohio 43756.
