Asset Tagging OSU / OSUMC 2026

Background
The Ohio State University (OSU) and The Ohio State University Medical Center (OSUMC) are seeking proposals for asset tagging services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the management of assets within the higher education and healthcare environments, ensuring efficient tracking and data management over a three-year period with potential extensions.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing asset tagging services as outlined in the Scope of Work document. Vendors are required to submit pricing in accordance with the provided pricing matrix. Specific tasks include tracking and supplying necessary data to OSU and OSUMC, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a professional appearance with uniforms that clearly identify the vendor's employees.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for three calendar years, with an option for annual renewal for up to two additional years, pending mutual agreement and approval by OSU and OSUMC.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations associated with The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must meet the following criteria:
1. At least three years in business;
2. Experience in higher education and patient areas;
3. A list of top three customers and references;
4. Capability to operate offices and warehouses to meet OSUMC's 'just-in-time' needs;
5. Ability to track and supply necessary data;
6. Qualified personnel who adhere to uniform regulations.
