The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking a vendor to administer a customized training program for the Division of State Operations (DSO) using a train-the-trainer model.
The goal is to build long-term, independent training capacity within DSO, with the resulting program becoming the intellectual property of OPWDD DSO upon completion.
