Description

This is a public notice that the listed products are currently utilized by the libraries at the State University of New York at Binghamton, Cobleskill, Delhi, Morrisville and Oneonta. These Libraries have been affiliated by membership with several consortiums for the acquisition of proprietary electronic subscriptions, resources, products, services and databases. Such consortiums were formed to create favorable contracts and establish yearly rates for electronic media, products, services, etc. for its members/affiliates. These consortium agreements are negotiated and established with various vendors, publishers, etc. whereby the payment will go directly to the identified publisher or provider of the electronic resources referencing the consortium association. It is the intent of these Libraries to continue to utilize these and other proprietary products offered by the listed vendors and to purchase the electronic subscriptions, resources, products, services, database and other forms of electronic media for the 2024-2025 fiscal year as cited.

These libraries intend to make awards under their discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education law 355(S)(b) for the products listed. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for any product(s), you must contact the appropriate designated University contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of the advertisement notice.
