2. Partner Institutions & Agreement Management: Centralized database for partners, automated alerts for agreement renewals.
3. Traveler Health & Safety: Online registration portal for travelers, emergency contact management.
4. Integrations & Technical: Integration with PeopleSoft and payment gateways.
5. Implementation, Training & Support: Comprehensive training and ongoing technical support.
6. Compliance with FERPA, GDPR, ADA/WCAG standards.
Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a term of five years following the selection process.
