The goal is to support investigative efforts through advanced tools that facilitate case visualization and streamline workflows.
Work Details
The contractor will provide a digital data investigative service through the Nighthawk Leovision platform, which includes:
1. Providing 75 user licenses for the Nighthawk Leovision software.
2. Ensuring the platform can ingest and fuse data from multiple sources, including existing law enforcement technologies.
3. Offering visualization capabilities for disparate digital data with clarity and integration.
4. Supporting secure user access via departmental credentials and operating independently of existing network infrastructure.
5. Enabling real-time collaboration among users with granular access control.
6. Generating automated reports in exportable formats compliant with evidentiary standards.
7. Complying with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP for cloud hosting.
Period of Performance
The contract term is one year, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms based on the Notice to Proceed date or until funds are exhausted.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various office locations of the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of Nighthawk Leovision and have at least three years of experience in collecting digital data information. They must also provide three references where similar services were provided, pass background checks for all employees involved, and comply with insurance requirements including general liability and professional liability coverage.
