The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive support and hosting for the EAM Enterprise Edition, ensuring that the university's needs are met effectively over the contract term.

- EAM Enterprise Edition Advanced Support:
- Reporting Consumer - 47 licenses
- Reporting Author - 3 licenses
- Service Request (10,000) - 30 units
- Barcoding - 2 units
- EAM Enterprise Edition Web Support:
- Services Connector License - 125 licenses (CU)
- Services Connector License - 125 licenses (CNU)
- Services Connector License - 9 licenses (NU)
- Hosting services will include:
- EAM Enterprise Edition Hosted: 47 licenses
- EAM Enterprise Edition Advanced Hosting:
