Small Government Enterprise Agreement Annual Subscription Renewal

Background
The Village of Los Lunas, NM is entering into a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) for the Small Government Enterprise Agreement Annual Subscription Renewal. Esri is recognized as the sole source provider of all U.S. domestic Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise Agreements, which include a bundled package of term-limited software licenses and maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to provide the Village with access to essential software and technical support necessary for their operations.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:
- ArcGIS Enterprise Software and Extensions, including ArcGIS Image Server and ArcGIS Monitor.
- Maintenance services that encompass Tier 2 Support, product updates, and patches throughout the term of the agreement.

- ArcGIS Online Contributor User Type (15 users)
- ArcGIS Online Mobile Worker User Type (100 users)
- ArcGIS Online Creator User Type (100 users)
- ArcGIS Online Professional User Type (20 users)
- ArcGIS Online Professional Plus User Type (20 users)
- The total estimated cost for three terms is $100,961.68, covering the period from July 10, 2026, to August 9, 2029.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is three years and one month, commencing on July 10, 2026, and concluding on August 9, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Village of Los Lunas located in New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Esri is recognized as a sole source provider for this agreement; therefore, no additional set-aside certifications or registrations are required beyond those already established by Esri.
