Request for Proposals for Office Space Leasing - Charlotte Regional Office

Background
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for leasing office space for its Charlotte Regional Office.
The goal of this contract is to secure approximately 30,144 net square feet of office space to support the agency's operations.

Work Details
The selected proposer will provide approximately 30,144 net square feet of office space that includes all necessary specifications as outlined in PO-27 and PO-28.
The proposal must cover costs related to full-height partitions, demolition, up-fitting, building and grounds maintenance, taxes, insurance, and other operational costs.
Proposers may choose to include full services such as utilities ($1.50 per sq. ft.), janitorial service ($1.00 per sq. ft.), and water/sewer ($0.17 per sq. ft.).
The leased space must be free of hazardous asbestos and lead paint. Additionally, the proposal must indicate the number of paved parking spaces provided at no cost to the State.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the effective date specified in the final proposal and will include options for renewal over a period of up to ten years.

The office space will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
