- For the eight (8) properties in the Center City East District:
- Grounds maintenance
- Turf maintenance
- Shrub maintenance
- Groundcover maintenance
- Perennial maintenance
- Trash and debris removal
- Storm debris pickup
- Limited tree maintenance.
- For the thirteen (13) properties in the Central District:
- Grounds maintenance
- Turf maintenance
- Shrub maintenance
- Groundcover maintenance
- Perennial maintenance
- Trash and debris removal
- Storm debris pickup
- Irrigation operation, maintenance, and repair
- Annual flower bed design, installation, and maintenance.
Contractors may bid on either or both locations but must bid on all properties within a given district. The city may award contracts to a single contractor or multiple contractors across districts.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue as specified in the final agreement. Proposals are due by November 12, 2025.
