Background
The Alcorn School District is seeking proposals for a 3-year contract for High-Speed Data Services, which includes two consecutive years of voluntary annual renewals. The goal is to connect schools within the district to each other and to the Internet, ensuring that all students and staff have access to necessary online resources. This initiative aligns with the district's mission to enhance educational opportunities through improved internet connectivity, supported by the E-Rate program.

Work Details
The contract will encompass the provision of high-speed internet services and WAN services for nine district buildings. Key specifications include:

1. Dedicated high-speed bandwidth service with specified incoming and outgoing speeds as outlined in bid worksheets.
2. Fixed circuits are required; burstable circuits will not be accepted.
3. Installation of SC fiber connections for integration with district infrastructure.
4. Managed layer 3 services for WAN circuits.
5. The service provider must ensure all installations comply with local codes and standards, including obtaining necessary permits and conducting tests in collaboration with district representatives.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with potential annual renewals thereafter.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Alcorn School District in Corinth, Mississippi, including the Alcorn Education Center and several schools listed in the proposal.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as a USAC Service Provider with a current SPIN and SPAC. They must hold a General Contractor's License in Mississippi and provide proof of experience with similar projects. Additionally, bidders are required to submit references from at least three installations of similar size and complexity.
