Enterprise Experience Management Platform

Background
The University of Mississippi (UM) is seeking to procure an enterprise experience management platform to support survey distribution, analytics, and reporting. The goal of this contract is to replace the current reliance on Qualtrics for enterprise-level survey design and analytics with a platform that matches or surpasses its functionality, usability, integration options, accessibility, data security, and support.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an enterprise experience management platform capable of supporting various survey-related functions including:

- Collecting data for research projects, peer evaluations, university assessments, and accreditation.
- Facilitating collaboration between individuals/groups within the institution and with other universities.
- Creating customizable forms with various question formats.
- Providing mobile accessibility.
- Ensuring data compatibility with SPSS and Excel.
- Generating survey reports.
- Guaranteeing a specified number of responses from targeted subjects.

The proposal must also include details on licensing, training costs, hardware specifications, system requirements, and insurance coverage.

Period of Performance
The initial contract duration will be three years with potential extensions based on UM's discretion. There is no specific planned end date for the platform's application as it will be considered an ongoing contract until terminated by UM.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Mississippi's Oxford campus.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the University of Mississippi if awarded the contract. Proposals must include a primary contact person’s details, demonstrate financial stability and long-term viability, provide at least two university references similar in size and mission to UM, and comply with insurance requirements of at least $1 million in coverage.
