Background
The Missouri Department of Social Services, Office of Workforce & Community Initiatives, Victims of Crime Unit is requesting proposals for services under the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA).

Work Details
The contract involves funding ongoing VOCA grant recipients for services directly related to victims of crime.
Agencies must provide direct services in compliance with federal guidelines outlined in 28 C.F.R. part 94. Eligible organizations include sexual assault and rape crisis centers, domestic violence programs, child abuse programs, mental health services, legal services, and other community-based victim coalitions. Agencies must demonstrate effective service delivery and have substantial financial support from sources other than the Crime Victims Fund. They are required to provide matching contributions of at least 20% of the total project cost.
