Crime Lab Exterior Renovations Troop H Headquarters Building St. Joseph, MO

Background
The State of Missouri, through its Facilities Management, Design & Construction (FMDC) division, is issuing a solicitation for the Crime Lab Exterior Renovations at the Troop H Headquarters Building located in St. Joseph, MO.

The agency's mission is to enhance public safety and support law enforcement operations by maintaining and improving state facilities. The goal of this contract is to renovate the exterior of the crime lab to ensure it meets operational needs and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Replace stairs on the east side of the building;
2. Expand parking areas in both the back and front of the building;
3. Repair or replace columns on the lab building and troop canopy;
4. Repair or replace brick mortar by supply and front entrance doors;
5. Repair foundation on the southwest corner due to cracking;
6. Add ADA-compliant parking at the lab building.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence on July 24, 2024, and conclude by September 10, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Troop H Headquarters Building located in St. Joseph, Missouri.
