The granite material for this project must be sourced from Coldspring USA to match the existing granite onsite. Coldspring anticipates a 30-week lead time for delivery and will deliver the stone to the site on a flatbed truck. The contractor is responsible for unloading the granite onsite and must have sufficient equipment available on the delivery date to unload the granite from Coldspring's flatbed truck. Paving units will be furnished by Hennepin County; however, the contractor is responsible for their installation.
