Background
The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the Gopher e-Bike Program aimed at enhancing sustainable transportation options for its staff. Work Details
The contract involves the provision of e-bikes for staff use, including all necessary accessories such as helmets, locks, and maintenance services. Specific requirements include:
- Delivery of a minimum of 50 e-bikes from reputable brands with specifications suitable for urban commuting.
- Provision of training sessions for staff on safe riding practices and bike maintenance.
- Ongoing maintenance support for the e-bikes throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 24 months from the date of award, with an option to extend based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the University of Minnesota campuses in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Bidder Requirements
