EMN Travel Guide RFP

Background
The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to produce the official Minnesota Travel Guide, which is the premier annual publication distributed free of charge to the traveling public.

The contract aims to enhance tourism and provide essential information to visitors about Minnesota's attractions and services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Graphic design of the travel guide
- Ad sales to generate revenue for the publication
- Printing of the travel guide
- Distribution of the publication

The contractor must ensure that all aspects of production meet quality standards and align with the State's branding and messaging requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on an effective date determined by the State's signature process and will continue until all obligations are fulfilled.

There may be options for extension in increments as determined by the State.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place within the State of Minnesota, with specific locations for printing and distribution to be determined by the contractor in coordination with the State.
