Event Management Software Request for Proposal

Background
The University of Michigan seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for an event management software solution to enhance the operations of its Conference & Event Services department. The goal is to improve business operations management related to events and meeting spaces, catering to internal event managers, service providers, students, and clients.

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide a comprehensive event management software solution that encompasses all data and activities related to the university's Conference & Event Services. This includes functionalities for managing events, space reservations, full conference oversight, registration management, and coordination of summer residential camps and conferences.

The software must meet specific requirements outlined in attached documents including CES Software Functionality Requirements and General and Professional Services Pricing.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a three-year period with an option to extend for an additional one year, subject to mutual agreement between the university and the supplier.

Place of Performance
The primary scope of this RFP includes the University of Michigan campus located in Ann Arbor.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must comply with the university's Supplier Diversity Program. Preference will be given to goods or services manufactured or provided by Michigan businesses if they are competitively priced.

Suppliers are encouraged to register their diversity status on sam.gov.
