Background
Lake Shore Public Schools, located at 23055 Masonic Blvd., St. Clair Shores, MI 48082, is seeking bids for the procurement of drinking fountain equipment as part of their project at Lake Shore High School. The goal of this contract is to pre-purchase drinking fountain and bottle fill units/equipment to enhance the facilities at the school.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the pre-purchase of drinking fountain and bottle fill units/equipment. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids electronically through the Building Connected online platform. All bids must comply with published specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, including a bid price that encompasses all associated costs. This project is classified as a prevailing wage project.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit electronically via Building Connected and include a sworn and notarized familial relationship statement and an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. For bids exceeding $50,000, bidders must provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond. Bidders unable to submit electronically must contact Judy Houlihan by February 12, 2026, for alternative submission methods.
