Background
The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) and the State Facilities Administration are issuing a construction project for Paw Paw Plating in Michigan. The project involves the construction of interior lining in the storm sewer system to prevent infiltration of contaminated groundwater into the storm sewer system.

Work Details
The work includes site preparation, mobilization, demobilization and dewatering. It also involves treatment system installation and operation, cleaning and video inspection of the storm sewer system, storm sewer repairs/replacements, lining of the storm sewers and manholes, characterization and disposal of sediment/debris, and site restoration.
