Description

Background
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is seeking to renew its current licenses for Redgate Software. The agency utilizes Redgate SQL Monitoring Subscription tools to facilitate backup and restore processes, as well as monitor database performance. The goal of this contract is to enhance data availability and recovery by adding three additional licenses, bringing the total to ten.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of Redgate Software licenses, specifically:
- 3 additional Redgate Monitor Standard Subscriptions (SKU-67)
- 2 additional Redgate Monitor Standard Subscriptions (SKU-67)
- 5 SQL DBA Bundles (Server tools) (SKU-127)

All software must be new and unused. The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed software is virus-free and provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer if requested. Additionally, a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) must be included with the bid.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from March 5, 2026, to March 4, 2027.
