Background
The Massachusetts Veteran Home at Holyoke is seeking qualified vendors to perform essential maintenance services for their medical equipment.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of scales used throughout the facility, which is crucial for patient care and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide quarterly calibration services for a total of 15 scales located throughout the Massachusetts Veteran Home at Holyoke.
The specific scales to be calibrated include:

Calibration will take place in various locations within the facility including the OPD rooms and multiple floors (1st to 4th) as specified in the request.

Period of Performance
The calibration services are to be performed quarterly starting from September 3, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Massachusetts Veteran Home located in Holyoke.
