Julota Software - BPD

Background
The City of Boston is seeking sealed bids for the procurement of Julota Software. The contract will be executed by the City of Boston, Massachusetts. The Contractor will be an individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity to which this Contract is awarded.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to provide Julota Software and conform to all determinations and directions of the Official concerning the performance of services under this Contract. The City is entitled to ownership and possession of all deliverables purchased or developed with Contract funds. The Contractor must receive a Purchase Order from the City before beginning performance under this Contract.
Performance under this Contract shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, goods and deliverables provided and accepted by the City.

The place of performance for this contract is the City of Boston, Massachusetts.
