- HVAC work (including Sheetmetal Ductwork, Piping Insulation, Duct Insulation, and Automatic Temperature Controls)
- Electrical work (including Communications Wiring, Fire Alarm System installation, and Security Systems).

Period of Performance
The construction is scheduled to take place during the Summer 2026 season from May 18 to August 28.

The contract will be performed at Conlon Hall in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
General bidders must be DCAMM certified in the General Building Construction category. Filed SubBidders must be DCAMM certified for specific trades including Glass & Glazing, Acoustical Ceiling Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression/Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All bidders are required to submit their DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement with their bid.
