Description

The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development invites sealed bids from general contractors for Elevator Maintenance Service for a term of three (3) years in accordance with the documents prepared by the LHAND. The project consists of full preventative maintenance service on ten (10) elevators at seven (7) housing developments identified in the contract documents. Must be DCAMM certified.
