Auburn Fire Rescue Headquarters Project

Background
The Town of Auburn, Massachusetts, through its Fire Building Committee, is inviting prequalified and experienced DCAMM Certified General and Trade Contractors to submit bids for the Auburn Fire Rescue Headquarters Project.
The goal of this contract is to construct a new fire rescue headquarters facility, with an estimated total construction cost of $25,000,000.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a variety of construction services under the Main Bid Package.
Interested prequalified trade contractors are sought for the following categories of work:
- Masonry
- Miscellaneous Metals
- Roofing and Flashing
- Waterproofing/Dampproofing/Caulking
- Tile installation
- Acoustic Ceiling Tile installation
- Resilient Flooring installation
- Terrazzo Flooring installation
- Painting
- Fire Protection systems
- Plumbing services
- HVAC systems installation
- Electrical work.

Period of Performance
The bid package will be available on February 4, 2026.
Subcontractor bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on February 26, 2026.
General bids are due by 2:00 PM on March 12, 2026.
The notice of award is expected to be sent by March 19, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Auburn, Massachusetts.

Only prequalified and experienced DCAMM Certified General and Trade Contractors may submit bids.
