Detention Locks & Keys for DOC-LSP

Background
The Office of State Procurement in Louisiana is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of detention locks and keys for the Department of Corrections at the Louisiana State Penitentiary (DOC-LSP).
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary security hardware to ensure the safety and security of the facility.

The contract includes the supply of various mechanical deadlocks and keys as follows:

2. Mechanical Deadlock, Folger Adams, Model 80 Series, Model #: 82 RH, Right Hand, Five Tumbler Model, Keyed Cover Side - Quantity: 15 EA
3. Mechanical Deadlock, Folger Adams, Model 80 Series, Model #: 86 LH, Left Hand, Five Tumbler Model, Keyed Both Sides - Quantity: 13 EA
4. Mechanical Deadlock, Folger Adams, Model 80 Series, Model #: 86 RH, Right Hand, Five Tumbler Model, Keyed Both Sides - Quantity: 12 EA
5. Mechanical Deadlock, Southern Steel, Model #1010-2 LH, Keyed Both Sides - Quantity: 16 EA
6. Cast Key, Southern Steel, Model #013-6000-001 (2 to each code) - Quantity: 96 EA
7. Cut Key, Southern Steel, Model Number: 960050 (2 each to each code) - Quantity: 32 EA.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by October 21, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the DOC Louisiana State Penitentiary Armory located at 17544 Tunica Trace - Hwy 66 Angola, LA 70712.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must include a W-9 form if newly registered.
Bidders are required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding procurement.
