The Child Nutrition Purchasing Cooperative (CNPC) is seeking sealed bids for the supply of the following products to participating school districts:
Bids will be awarded on an ALL OR NOTHING basis to the lowest responsive bidder.

The solicitation is issued by the Child Nutrition Purchasing Cooperative (CNPC), which is comprised of the following school districts: Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, and West Carroll.
Background:
This contract is intended to provide essential food, paper, milk, and bread products for the child nutrition programs of the participating school districts. The CNPC coordinates these purchases to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness across all member districts.
Contract Requirements:
Bids must be sealed and delivered to Jo Lynne Correro, Director CNS, Ouachita Parish Schools, at 920 Thomas Road, West Monroe, LA, or mailed to P.O. Box 2957, West Monroe, LA 71294. All bids must be received by 11:00 A.M., June 2, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and bottom line totals read aloud beginning at 11:05 A.M.
The CNPC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
