Work Requested:

Contract Requirements:

• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:
  • Dry & Frozen Foods
  • Bid# 52-26
  • Opening: May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST
• All bids must comply with the requirements outlined in the bid documents.
• Bids received after 10:00 a.m. CST on May 27, 2026, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
• No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening, except as allowed under La.R.S.38:2214(C).
• The Lafayette Parish School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities when it is in the best interest of the School System.
• In accordance with La.R.S.38:2251, a preference of up to ten percent (10%) may be applied.
