Creative Design Services

Background
Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking proposals from qualified creative design firms with expertise in institutional logo development. The goal of this contract is to create primary and secondary athletic marks that will be used across various formats, including apparel, printed materials, and digital platforms.

Work Details
The selected design firm shall deliver the following services:

- Understand the history, mission, and values of Eastern Kentucky University.
- Provide a minimum of three logo concept variations.
- Offer at least three rounds of revisions based on feedback.
- Deliver the final design including scalable vector files.
- Grant EKU intellectual property rights and ownership of the final design.
- Maintain confidentiality agreements.

Additionally, the firm may provide typography, additional color uses, and a style guide or usage guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term from the award date through June 30, 2025. It may be renewable for up to four consecutive one-year periods, with a total contract period not exceeding five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed for Eastern Kentucky University.
